The purpose of this Terms of Service Policy is to clearly outline the terms that apply when customers access the Malt Donkey website, purchase products online, or otherwise interact with Malt Donkey’s online store.

• delivery cannot be completed to the nominated address;

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, Malt Donkey will arrange a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled item or order, subject to any rights and obligations under Australian Consumer Law.
Pricing and Payment
All prices shown on the Malt Donkey website are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise.
Prices may include GST where applicable.

Authority to Leave and Alcohol Delivery
Alcohol delivery is subject to applicable liquor licensing laws.
Alcohol can only be delivered to persons aged 18 years or over.
The person receiving the delivery may be required to provide proof of age. If they appear under 25, valid photo identification may be required.
Alcohol will not be delivered if the recipient cannot prove they are 18 years of age or over.
Alcohol will not be left unattended unless the customer has authorised Authority to Leave and unattended delivery is permitted under relevant state or territory liquor laws.
If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be taken to a collection point, returned to Malt Donkey, or subject to additional redelivery or handling fees.
Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights
Returns and refunds are managed in accordance with this clause and any rights customers may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
