Pine Hill is our cult classic Serrello, approachable yet expressive. It opens with sesame crackers, dried fruit and fresh honey before delivering a smooth rye bread palate with lemon flower, creamy texture and a clean, lasting finish.
SOIL
Pine Hill vintage was defined by generous early rainfall and late-season stress — a natural proving ground that separated exceptional malting lines from ordinary ones. The grains that thrived here carry concentrated flavour precursors and the protein-starch balance to express Pine Hill's distinctive black clay minerality in the glass.
FINISH
Sesame crackers, celery and young basil waft by a party of dried fruits, spice and hints of fresh honey.

Fine Ale sits somewhere between the world of great wine and great beer, structured, age-worthy and built for the table rather than the couch. Each Malt Donkey release is brewed from single-origin barley, grown on a specific South Australian farm, then fermented and matured with the same patience you’d expect from a serious cellar wine.

Press your thumb firmly over the cork and slide the clip remover between the clip and bottle neck to release it.
POP.
Keep a steady grip on the cork and twist the bottle until it pops free. Expect a pop.
