All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may cancel orders for reasons such as stock levels, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2.3 Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change at any time without notice. You agree to pay the total amount at checkout, including any applicable shipping fees.

2.4 Subscription Services
If you join a subscription program (like our Crusader Tasting Pack), you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account.

3. Product Use and Safety

Our products are alcoholic in nature and intended for responsible adult consumption. You agree to follow any serving or storage instructions provided.

3.2 Allergies and Sensitivities
Our ales are crafted using traditional ingredients. If you have specific sensitivities or dietary needs (e.g., gluten intolerance), please check with us before consumption.

4. Shipping and Returns

4.1 Shipping
We ship across Australia using trusted carriers. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on your location and order volume.

4.2 Returns & Exchanges
If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions. See our full Return Policy for details.

4.3 Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
